The student’s secondary school average must not be less than 70% for all engineering and administrative specializations.
The secondary school average must not be less than 90% for medical specializations: medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.

The applicant must be a foreign national who does not possess Turkish citizenship.
The applicant must not be enrolled in a Turkish university.
The applicant must not be more than 30 years old.
The student’s average in the bachelor’s degree must not be less than 75%.

To apply for the Turkish Scholarship at the graduate level (doctorate/PhD):

The applicant must be a foreign national who does not possess Turkish citizenship.
The applicant must not be enrolled in a Turkish university.
The applicant must not be more than 35 years old.
The student’s average in the master’s degree must not be less than 75%.
